【職務概要】
Corporate Technology 担当エンジニアは、企業内の技術インフラの設計、実装、管理を担当し、業務効率を向上させるための革新的なソリューションを提供します。最新のテクノロジーを活用して、ビジネスニーズに応じたシステムの最適化を行い、全社的なIT 戦略の推進に寄与します。

【主な業務内容】
• 企業内のIT インフラの設計、構築、運用、保守を行う。
• ビジネスニーズに基づいた技術的なソリューションを提供し、業務効率の向上を図る。
• 新しい技術やツールの調査・評価を行い、導入に向けた提案を行う。
• セキュリティ対策を含むシステムの最適化を実施し、リスク管理を行う。
• 各部門との連携を図り、システムの要件定義や仕様策定を行う。
• トラブルシューティングやサポートを行い、問題解決に努める。
• 定期的なシステムの監視・評価を行い、改善提案を行う。
• ドキュメンテーションを作成し、技術的な知識を社内で共有する。

【必須（MUST）】

• ITILの知識。
• 基礎的な英会話能力（日常会話を上達させたい方、今後のキャリアに生かしたい方。英語での会議もあり。）

• IT インフラストラクチャ（ネットワーク、サーバー、ストレージ等）の設計・運用経験。
• プログラミング言語（例：Python、Java、C#など）の知識。
• クラウドサービス（AWS、Azure、Google Cloud など）の利用経験。
• セキュリティのベストプラクティスに関する理解と経験。
• 問題解決能力と論理的思考力。
• チームでの協力やコミュニケーション能力。

【歓迎（WANT）】

• 情報技術、コンピュータサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号。
• ITIL、CompTIA、Cisco などの関連資格。
• プロジェクトマネジメントの経験。
• データベース管理やデータ分析に関する知識。

【Position】 Corporate Technology Engineer

【Job Summary】
Corporate Technology Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's technical infrastructure, providing innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency. By leveraging the latest technologies, they optimize systems to meet business needs and contribute to the advancement of the company's overall IT strategy.

【Main Responsibilities】
• Design, build, operate, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical solutions based on business needs to improve operational efficiency.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and tools, and make proposals for their implementation.
• Optimize systems, including security measures, and manage risks.
• Collaborate with various departments to define system requirements and establish specifications.
• Troubleshoot and provide support to resolve issues.
• Conduct regular system monitoring and evaluation, and propose improvements.
• Create documentation and share technical knowledge within the company.

Requirements:

Must:

• Knowledge of ITIL.
• Basic English conversation skills (for those who want to improve their everyday conversation skills and utilize them in their future careers. There will also be meetings conducted in English.)

• Experience in designing and operating IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, etc.).
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, etc.).
• Experience using cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Understanding and experience with security best practices.
• Problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team.
 

Want:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco, etc.
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of database management and data analysis.
